Langkawi is the perfect place to relax and unwind in glorious tropical surroundings, with several excellent resorts scattered about the island ready to serve your every need.

There is a great choice of hotels in Langkawi, offering great value for money for all budgets. Ranging from 3 to 5 star deluxe, ask our experienced Langkawi Specialists to recommend the most suitable resort for your personal preferences.

Langkawi offers more than idyllic beach and luxury hotels, when you feel like a break from basking on a beautiful beach, you might like to try some of the islands watersports, take a trek through the jungle or embark on one of the many day-trips. Langkawi is also a duty free island and offers good value in alcohol, cosmetics and cigarettes. Kuau, the main town, has a variety of shopping opportunities with a choice of large duty free shopping centres and the famous Langkawi night markets.

There are other resorts on the East Coast of Malaysia offering a quieter retreat. Joe Walsh Tours offer the world famous Tanjung Jara and Pangkor Laut Resorts as more secluded alternatives to Langkawi. The Tanjung Jara is home to a stretch of stunning beaches overlooked by indigenous jungle, while Pangkor Laut is an idyllic private island offering peace and tranquillity in luxurious tropical surroundings. Either resort is the perfect choice for a honeymoon or luxury holiday of a lifetime.
