Located at the foot of the legendary Col du Tourmalet in a route taken by the Tour de France since 1910, the Centre Laurent Fignon offers a new generation of training courses for cyclist at various levels, allowing attendees to ride in better conditions and to improve their technical background.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Evolution 1
In addition to helping improve cycling techniques, this course offers the basis to form a balanced cyclist, both physically and technically. Learn to plan and organise training sessions with exercises required on a regular basis and manage your efforts. A 4 month’s training programme is provided at the end of the course.

Recognition Pau-Tourmalet
Training recognition of the Pau-Tourmalet stage of the Tour de France, composed of 4 sessions tailored to discover and better understand the difficulties of this stage and how to handle them. Daily performance analysis, instructions on physiological concepts and dietary techniques are provided by certified coaches.

Tourmalet
The objective of this course is to better understand the rise of a hill, how to approach the mountain and manage your efforts on a growing difficulty programme that covers technical climb, downhill techniques, nutrition and physical recovery.

Road Tours
Discover the legendary roads of the High Pyrenees and the numerous passes climbed by professional cyclists during the Tour de France.
